Hi Bob, I definitely agree that at this time when time is at a premium that we should keep our input "electronic" and not interrupt their daily routine. The only reason I mentioned calling them directly was because there seemed to be a general feeling on the thread that management was isolating themselves and unreachable. Nothing could be further from the truth. But, Bob (and Sam), you are 100% correct and the last thing I or any of us want to see at this time is disruption of their work and delays. I spoke without thinking and for that I apologize. They really don't need the interruptions now... and they do read their e-mails.
