So what is up? I believe that the majority of liabilities you mentioned have or are being addressed. It seems like we are watching the company in rapid transition again. The lawsuit will be wrapped up shortly (my guess is tossed out) ending the distraction factor, and the other factors appear to be getting significant attention. Olgilvy is on board... a significant addition. What else is next? I kind of liked this part: "Most of Alydaar's current business is in Year 2000 solutions, with projected contracts totaling billions of lines of code" It sounds like a lot of cash to the bottom line.

Humbly report: 1) ON Aug. 17th Gruder announced he would personally buy alyd stock from time to time at these low prices(then about 91/2) 2) ON Aug 18th, i posted alyd thread si post # 7221 where i told Jeff Mitchell ........... "..they(the briefing comm) wouldnt believe Gruder if he said it snows in Alaska. So they have thrown down the gauntlet & say BOB is full of sh-t again. BUT this time there is a real difference because unlike rumors of a acquisition which can often b e de layed or cancelled for reasons beyond BOBS control; this time Bob can call his shots unilaterally. He can buy,buy, buy, & make them eat their words. This is a unique opportunity for BOB to control his own destiny and make the skeptics eat their own words when BOB goes on a buying binge. On the other hand if BOB doesnt come thru, his credibility is finished not only with the skeptics and haters but even with the alyd LONGS like you and me! FWIW IMHO I personally think BOB's announcement has opened a gaping hole in the opposing line where BOB will carry the ball down the briefing comm's throat for a touchdown. Objectively speaking he has no other choice unless he is suicidal!" 3) After i posted the above my mind started playing tricks on me ; i started to think maybe he is suicidal; maybe he dont understand the impact he created. So i then wrote BOB WITH MY REAL IDENTITY & sent him the above post. I didnt want him to blow the opportunity away and turn certain victory into defeat! You all know the rest of the story. As Larry Brew would say "you can lead a horse to water but getting him to drink is another matter" Guys , he doesnt understand; it is as simple as that.
