"What do you see with ARTT now ?"
Couple things;
Once WinStar goes deeper than about 40 markets, I think they need ARTT's license. Didn't seem like a big deal before today, but now that they plan to "aggressively plan for our expansion into the top 50 domestic markets", maybe ARTT becomes a little more strategic.

Also, with staff in place in Europe and now with cash and "positioned to be the first competitive carrier to create a nearly ubiquitous end-to-end broadband network in the top 100 world markets", but no licenses in Europe, seems like ARTT would be a good start.

Seems the odds of WinStar snatching ARTT down here cheap just went up substantially. Also, with WinStar's shares recovering substantially, makes any stock deal much cheaper now.
