you dont understand
when I post something as FACT...I want it to be true and correct...
that is why people rely on my news reporting....they know I dont make up information.....the information itself may prove to be bogus...but the reporting of the information is not bogus

and if I see I made a mistake in something I say..i will ALWAYS correct it

Informix Profit Beats Forecasts On Rising Sales

By Duncan Martell

PALO ALTO, Calif. (Reuters) - Informix Corp. (IFMX - news) reported third- quarter earnings that surpassed analyst forecasts on strong sales of its database
software in the United States and Europe.

The No. 5 database software company, which has struggled to compete against Oracle Corp. (ORCL - news) and International Business Machines Corp. (IBM -
news), said net income was $18.4 million, or 10 cents a diluted share, compared with a loss of $110.5 million, or 73 cents, a year ago.

The results beat Wall Street expectations of 6 cents a share, according to First Call Corp., which tracks analyst forecasts.
