I think it is positive in the sense that the issue will be in the minds of the legislature much longer than anticipated. If they had passed it into law and that was that, it might have been tough to get it back on the docket with the intent of getting it tossed with a product like WINR's pushing that through. This way, there is time for WINR's product to be put into use and have some time under their belt for the next session. If, by then, WINR has been in use successfully(with all that this word connotates), then we could head the bill off at the pass. WINR could become the reason why the KYLE bill does not pass or it could be modified to say that all are required to use the WINR system. In this way, it is a very good piece of news. 3 trading days left. Miller
