Andy, I'm not a software developer but agree with your contention. If one looks at how some of the more reputable small cap Y2K companies are floundering, one wonders how ZITL could become anything other than a penny stock with 5 quarters to Y2K. As I've been posting for years, this is a labor-intensive business, and who in their right mind would work for ZITL/Matridigm? One of my more promising former students asked me to write him a letter of recommendation for a job at Keane, one of 4 good prospects that he has and he's not graduating til December. Who would you work for, Keane or ZITL? Hmmm... Not to mention the fact that ZITL will not make a profit before Y2K, which should be pretty obvious to anyone who's been reading their 10Qs. Of course, by then there will be another business idea. Anyone looking at $1-$3 stocks would be better of considering VCSI, SOFT, TIII and even COSFF.

Best Wishes,

Timoteo
