Something is cooking on DCTC! Up from the pennies the past two sessions to 1.15 now on good volume for this telecom stock!

Livelye thread on SI...played this one many times over past couple years. Stock rises on anticipated news and its apparently forthcoming.

Dont bash, stock is no longer a penny today. And it is filed with the SEC.
