Steve,
with the current trade price of $24, what would be your predictions of this jump, for today?

Exciting news-

I'm still out of town with occasional net access.

Conference call replay available at 913-385-6780 PIN# =2170. VERY good.

Vogel no longer at NBMO. Mike Renegar (formerly ABM Ambro) is jumping onboard (power struggles with #1 rated wireless analyst Steve Yannus who came to NBMO from BARS). Grubman very positive 5 pager. Fifer as well. This deal is SWEET in allowing "best of breed" - means can integrate Hughes, PCMS (look for a possible pop/LU acq?) or whoever into LU 5ESS / Anymedia DLCs / etc. $500MM available immediately. NO question that WCII will succeed.

Additionally, hearing rumors that TGNT has OVERSOLD broadband access, and does NOT have P-MP ready to deliver so will HAVE to TRENCH FIBER at significantly higher cost/lower margins. (George Gilder take note here)

Short term "negative" MAY be a faster build = slower ebidta.

Rouhana seemed clear enough but IMO he needs to use more clear, bottom-line metaphors - like "dirt road".

Rouhana just back from Europe - and he mentioned WCII will be able to build faster and be much bigger. European partner around corner as a result of LU financing?

I'll try to post Grubman/Governali/Fifer/Renegar (and anyone else I get).
