There are to many "new" projects going on at MU right now:

Why having new business is bad? If they don't prepare now, when is a
good time to diversify? MU's always in lose lose situation from forever
bears point.

I'd love to see MU in low 20s to get back in. 33+ is too rich for me.
Ther're many others @better price now.

I agree that Micron is biting off quite a bit with the TI deal. Will it turn out to be more than they can chew? I don't know. I don't know if they have the management depth to handle that many fabs. I do know that going into the TI fabs and saying "Everything you know is wrong, we're going to tell you the right way to do everything" isn't likely to win a lot of friends, and they could reasonably be expected to lose a lot of top TI talent (but keep the dregs who have nowhere else to go). Thus they could easily end up with morale problems at the new plants, which will of course lead to yield problems.

These problems could happen, or maybe not. Either way they are a ways off.
