Just a reminder:

"The letter of intent includes the purchase of 1.3 million Cistron
common shares at 75 cents per share and a three-year warrant to buy a yet to be determined number of common shares at 25 cents each. The combined purchase and warrant shares are expected to exceed Cistron's 48 cent per share book value at March 31, 1998."
