Yea, options repricing is a sticky wicket. It seems like a free ride to us stockholders -- we didn't get to reprice our stock. New management feels like if they don't get a repricing done, they'll lose their good people -- and not without merit.

I can't justify it in principle. In praxis, I support it as a shareholder because I know how I'd reaction if I was a valuable middle management or technical employee, and saw how the old management gutted the company. I'd still want a shot at an attractive options situation and they're not exactly rare in that locale.
