Lisa ... just an observation .. and conclusion, but the internets were weak this morning with the market which may have prompted some shorts to cover, whist the covering was good. There doesn't appear to be any follow-thru yet ...... I know Seeks earnings are coming soon, but not sure who else. Seek isn't usually enough to underpin the sector, however.

I've also noticed that the secondary players took sometime to get going as the market was showing signs of strength, but have recently done better these last 3 days. Xcit has been a laggard, and I think there were some doubts expressed about the reality of their numbers because of the Netscape payment so their street cred is a bit lacking (bit like Asnd ... and Cpq, though Cpq has revived of late).

This maybe so much BS - but for what its worth ........ if you're looking for a speculative play you could take a look at Pixr .... BUGS has just been released in Australia and if you check the thread, the reviews from independants are very strong (actually an understatement, but I'm allowing for exaggeration). Seems strange the've got a lead on us ... bit like having insider info !!

Good luck everyone

Stephen
