charger, the vertical blue lines are day markers. You have all the indicators off so there is no stochastic, etc. displayed on that chart.

MER is just now touching its 200MA, which ought to act as resistance. the other line is the 40MA. When these two cross, it usually signals a mid-term reversal of direction.

Trend lines you have to draw in yourself. For uptrends, connect the two or three most recent lows. For downtrends, connect the highs. This will generally give you the support and resistance for the trend in question.
