Anyone keeping up with what's happening with dissident shareholders. This is definitely a fishy deal given the history. If the plan wasn't working, then the ceo should not have led us to believe it was.

As I've said before, these deals are signed when the benefits to high management is the greatest. However, usually they try to throw shareholders a few bones.

One day shareholders will band together to stop this type of thing. The humungus salaries and benefits given to top management in companies is another pet peeve. While the market was going up, nobody complained. Whent the market goes does, management does not share in our pain. What a deal!!!

For what it's worth, my broker advised us to vote no. These deals have been nixed before, and will be again.
