Dave....As a former shareholder, I think you can appreciate our current plight and what we are up against. As a former shareholder, your mostly negative implications serve no other purpose other than to exasperate the situation. Why? Why is our efforts to turn a negative into a positive look upon with such disdain? I ,personally, bashed this company alongside you for three months. They deserved it. Ira was lying every opportunity he had, fabricated numbers with relative frequency and, basically, was driving the company into the ground due to his lack of conscience, lack of any operational or managerial skills and lack of genuine concern. But Ira is gone. We had a stock promoter as president of our company. Ira was a loose cannon and f#$ked this company up. I think Arif allowed Ira full control, was gullible to a certain extent, and believed Ira was presenting the company in the proper light. Whether this is true or not, it will be Arif's defense, however. He will say he put Ira in charge and whatever Ira said, Ira's responsible for. Apparently, from what I gathered, the crux of the investigation deals with Ira Monas and not the company itself. Don't get me wrong, Arif is no victim in all of this. He's made some major mistakes and, I'm sure, he will be held accountable.

In my opinion, they WILL get by this investigation. Famh, by all accounts, is generating 55-60 million in revenues. Cash flow can solve alot of problems, temporarily. Cash is king. It may be borrowing from Peter to pay Paul, but, it's allowing the company time to formulate a business plan, trim expenses, dig their feet in the ground and make a stand. I see value in this company a year from now. It's just my opinion, but, I guess that's what investing is all about.

You have mentioned reverse split time and time again. In such touchy times as this, why would the company infuriate stockholders further by diluting their investment again? This is just a bitter ex-stockholder's opinion. You have never talked to Randy to get a feel for his leadership and direction of the company. As you've stated, you haven't even read the financials yet, you bought on Ledbed's to-the-moon predictions, you've already bailed out, but, now you still continue to bash and criticize us and the company. I just don't get it. Let the remaining stockholders fight the fight.
