Chuzz- Have you noticed that MD (and now Mort) are (in the last couple weeks) using the figure "17%" when quoting the industry growth rate (as opposed to 15%)

You know that I am constantly reading the tea leaves of "CEO-speak"- in my view, a not-totally-unfruitful exercise..... but, to me, this is undoubtedly a bullish indication .....MD & crew do a great job in communicating in a concise, consistent manner......I believe they take their communications seriously...and are extremely careful not to overstate (or understate) the facts as they see them..........frequently the focus being on "sameness of message" with a further emphasis on the bigger picture (concerning growth vs. short-term, cyclical fluctuations)...I feel certain that the move from using (previously) "15%" to now "17%" is a conscious (sp?) decision on the part of Dell's upper managemnent to communicate that they see industry unit growth remaining at least as good as in the recent past, and probably better, in the next couple years...

(Again, I focus on these little details, because I think it is clear that MD & crew focus on these little details (of communication)....I dont think they randomly float these numbers, without thought)

Until now, MD has been the more accurate forecaster of Dell's future growth (that I've seen)...Kemble would be second. Bears would be wise to listen up...

I am stating the obvious here?
