Makes you wonder how effective their hands-on training program was.
I wonder how helpful independant 'book training' can be then?

So the remaining successful traders now feed among themselves,
hmmm... cannibalism... or should I say capitalism?

'Stocks & Commodities' magazine has an article this month on "Midlife Trading Burn-out".
It suggests one of the ways to re-energize your craft is to become a mentor to a new trader.
Would this be one of the more successful methods of learning - from one who has profitably survived the process?
