For answering this question, let's take a look of DCTC's history,fundamental,momentum and market condition 1.DCTC's HISTORY DCTC was $5 1/2 in the month ending 2/28/1997 running rate(annual revenue) outstading shares price 2/97 6million at least half $5 1/2 10/98 60million to 120million 25million ? 2. DCTC's FUNDAMENTAL TELECOMMUNICATION INDUSTRY avarage PRICE/SALE=3.73 NOW dctc sales between 60million to 120million/25million shares x3.73 = $8.9 to $18 of course we are still in the third qtr. there is 5 months ahead. 3.DCTC's MOMENTUM dctc was intensively pushed down from$2 13/16 in the week ending on 7/31/1998 by card call 6 millions shares and short selling. it gained enough energy to turn around on the day of OCT.17,1998 purely by DCTC's FUNDAMENTAL STRENTH. it was depressed for 3 months, accumulation HUGE ENERGY to EXPLODE. with VERY GOOD NEWS ahead, DCTC is getting MOMENTUM. 4.MARKET condition are we in a bull or bear market? this question is outdated! there is BULL in the bear market, also there is bear in the BULL market. does this market allow a OTC BB stock run up 10times? let's take KCAP as an example KCAP was$0.38 on 09/22/98 in one month(30days), it rushed to$4.68 on 10/22/98 more than 10times! when I reaserched KCAP, I found no solid number for KCAP. now DCTC with solid number, we can image! conclusion: $10 FOR DCTC IS NOT A DREAM soon or lateIF everything is going well STRONGER than ever,go DCTC!
