Olu, Given the current landscape, with companies talking with anals first, it is a wide open field. All the previous ground rules are off and even if WrongWay had some info, I doubt SEC would prosecute unless they went for the big boyz, also.

Don't you understand, USA is now a rummy third world market where the govt intervenes, going the way of HK where they declare that shorting is forbidden, and that applies retroactively. -nfg-
