Mark and Others : Dow Jones has picked up on the "internet outrage" surrounding Shiva. Mark was actually Quoted on Dow Jones via what he posted the other day. Did you know you were famous Mark ? In our hearts we think this stock is worth more...even an Everen write-up put a 12--14 takeover value down from 15--18. Those were actual figures mentioned in a write-up fairly recently. In on heads is the probable REALITY that Paul Breed reveals, and what John Baltz warned us about. I, for whatever it is worth, think that the real answer falls somewhere between our heads and our hearts : Why launch the VPN program and IMMEDIATELY BAIL OUT to Intel, who sees the value of their installed-base ?? Zucco, appears to have panicked !! Now, if he senses disaster and jumps out of the plane, then 6 bucks may have been Truly in OUR interests. However, he owes or owed us some disclosure of this "disaster"....more than just, "I am disappointed with Europe." Let's face it, this company does 150--200 mm in sales. Their competition is in the billions. 3-Com has the cheapest valuation next to Shiva and Cabletron...They will be next no doubt....but not at 1.5x book. In my heart I vote NO...In my head I will vote the Y word if the Earnings on the 28th confirm what Paul Breed and other industry guys have been trying to tell us for 2 years, "the sky is falling over Bedford, Ma. " !! Oh, BTW, I have a lot more votes , A LOT MORE , than my Astros fan from Gaborville.... CJ are you dead ??
