I emailed dr. duane sears at ucsb who manages the kuby site. evidently the plugins only work on navigator 3.0 he provide me with the following url with updated 1998 data and plugins.this site is great if you want to understand, see in 3d, and manipulate the protease enzyme and visualize it.the hiv virus is also shown and can be manipulated in 3d animation. check it out it's the same science used in developing protease inhibitors. if you can't get it to work go to table of contents for chime plugin download. mentor.lscf.ucsb.edu.
