Yes, that large block sell is worrisome. I hope I didn't speak too soon, but I remain optimistic. From all that I can tell, PM should continue to grow and prosper.

Harold, it may come out next time we see a list of institutional holders and their incr/decr of shares. My best guess is that a fund that had redemptions had to raise funds and sold off. They usually go to someone like Goldman and negotiate a deal with several buyers, hence it never showed on the bid. It actually went by under the bid. Has anyone looked at PM's sec filings closely (I haven't in quit awhile) to see if there are preferred or convertibles or warrants or new issues of anything that could have caused this?
