Share Count Information Per The Company: On three occasions last week, I called the company and left messages for the CFO and Investor Relations regarding the share count information which had been posted on this thread last week. As of this morning, no one had returned my calls (or if they did and I was out, they did not leave a message on the machine). I finally called for a fourth time and reached someone this morning. I was transferred to Investor Relations where I spoke with, I believe, Darlene. For each question I asked, she placed me on hold to go get the answer, returning with the specific answer for the question that I had asked. I got the impression (my opinion only) that she getting the specific information from someone else and the relaying it on to me. Here is the information she provided me: Shares Authorized: 10.0 million Shares Outstanding: 6.6 million Public Float: 5.6 million Restricted Shares: None Reason for Increase in Share Count: 504 Funding Reason for October 7, 1998 Press Release stating 5.1 million shares after 504 Funding: “The press release was in error. It should have read “Prior to” the 504 offering, not “After the”. There was no indication or discussion that the company felt they should issue an additional press release correcting the error in the October 7, 1998 press release. Finally, I asked if the company had plans to become fully reporting: Her reply was that “it is within our plans but we are unable to provide a date”. Offie
