Most investors scream "LAWYER" when a company performs poorly. These cases should never make it to court. However, Zap all but misrepresented their intentions by completely pulling out of their internet venture because of stock valuations of the internet sector. That dog ain't going to hunt. You are either involved in building a business or shilling stock. Zap has made it plain what they were after and they will most likely pay for the presumption. Oh well, at least Avi still has the Buc(k)'s.
