The report is not public if you have to be a client of MSDW to get it. And the information in those reports is only considered "public" because once the internal MSDW news is given to clients, they consider the information inside public. However, if I were to call investor relations and ask the sort of questions Mary Meeker and the gang ask (and get answered) then they would hang up the phone.
