Doug Woolridge, vice-president of sales and marketing at Transformation Processing Inc. in Mississauga, Ont., said few people understand the scope of the embedded issue.

This is from the embedded system article. I think COO was Burfield and he was stricken with an illness. Going off memory but I believe this to be true.

Woolridge left about a month ago to join Micro Focus as VP of Transformation, I believe. I could be wrong about the date but I believe it was around September 24.
