You don't get it. This 5 million didn't go to Andy Proctor; this 5 million went to someone else, and Andy and I don't know who it went to. The money that Proctor put in saved this company, because I ran out of money. Do me a favor, pull your head out of your ass, stop blowing brown bubbles, and give your head shake. I've been saying the management was taking this company down the hole, and you've defended Joe V and Dal, and made me the bad guy.

Get a grip Wes, it's not me issuing 5 million shares, it's V. It's not me that has filed for bankruptcy, it's V. So Wes, pull your head out of your ass and bring out a smile.

All,

I have never owned stock in a company that went bankrupt. What should we expect from here? Is there any possibility that this stock will be back?

I guess I could look at the bright side:

-A move of .01 means a 33% increase in the value of my investement.
-It's a great opportunity to buy more and average down my position.
