I don't know what the excitement is about. Other low cap high tech stocks are kicking butt. PAIR cannot break it's 50 day moving average which is at about the same place as a down trend line that began back in June. If we don't break it soon... I see trouble ahead. If we can break it this afternoon with a little volume then FULL SPEED AHEAD. I am holding my breath.
