Frank, to put him in stripes, you got to catch him first. I am not sure that is so easy with lax Canadian regulations, but some Canadians on the thread should know. Two years ago, and at a price 30 or more times higher then now, I said in so many words that the self dealings evident from their annual report indicated that "somebody" is dipping into the cookies jar. It seems that was the case. I wonder how much of the $30 MM or so raised via the various floorless really ended up building plants and how much ended up building opulent homes. I would not be surprised if you find that the same "contractors" engaged to build the plants, were also engaged to build (renovate) the opulence, that make it "easier" to hide additional "dippings" into the cookies jar.
