Simple suggestions

a) clear your cache
b) reboot computer and retry
c) try different browser

I used to have similar problems with IQC, especially when I was using AOL's version of MSFT IE. I downloaded Netscape Communicator and almost every problem I ever had with IE has disappeared! I have been converted to a NSCP browser fan.

You can download the latest version of NSCP here: netscape.com

If you have a 56K modem, it will take about an hour and a half to download the full version of Communicator.

Good luck,
Michael
