I'm baffled, too. (I'll take a whack, too, Sir! Thank you!)

Now, the facts:

NAV is between $17.35 and $18.93, depending on the number of shares used (there may be some justification for using the lower 32 million #, but since Safeguard is using the higher 35 million #, so will I).

Premium to NAV is between $6.82 and $8.40, and
in percentage terms we're looking at a 36-48% premium!

Anything? Anyone?
