If one of you can post on Silicon Investor, could you inform posters on that thread of this one so that we can have their input.

I just read the Financial Report for NCS, it has almost 50 cents a share in cash and securities as well as a prime land position and yet trades at 70 cents, I cannot understand how even in a market like this people can pass up such a good deal. I note that the annual report does not mention activity on its Figaro property, does anyone have information on this property?

<end>

Any comments on this?????

My comments:

I like the way NCS has gone about managing its business. They have gotten large masses of land and let others pay for the exploration on them. They are not liquid ( the float was approximately 800,000 shares plus the last shares issued with a lot of those shares held by friends). They would do a financing (IMO) if the stock reached a certain price. It is my understanding, they want to drill the Figaro property themselves. I own shares in this company and like it as a long term investment. I feel the knowledge gained with the association with EVR/MEO will benefit them.

See you in the Bahamas!!!
