Chief, I have a concern about the S1 deal. The way I read it, BVSN is investing in the entrance of S1 -- and I still don't understand why they agreed to this? Couldn't they get the S1 business without taking stock? And, if they couldn't, then why didn't BVSN call their bluff -- doesn't S1 need BVSN more than the other way around? If BVSN is so busy adding new customers and expanding existing customer business, then why risk corporate profits based on the performance of someone else? Further, what would the quarter have produced without the S1 business? Did I miss something? Someone please tell me I'm wrong!
