Interesting choice. Glore was in the 101 Airborne in Vietnam.

Re:Glore looks like a good catch to me.

But first, Mr.Jim Sierk did an outstanding job for Iomega
he was the man for the time. Glad to have him stay on the
board. Thanks Jim for a great! job.

I suspect that Jodie has been on the job for awhile and the
reason why I say this is the following quote from his
interview ''That is one of the things that intrigued me about
Iomega, he said.''The closer you are to the manufacturer, the
more you can reduce mean costs.''
It was leaked several weeks ago that IOM was looking in Texas for
production facilities to better serve their OEMs. IMO he's
been steering the company but the quarterly report had to
come out before they wanted it to be official and along with
that should have been the last of the bad news.

From his bio at Rockwell,
Following graduation, he spent 13 months in Germany and
then served in Vietnam for a year with the 101st Airborne Division.

From his interview,
" I am excited by the opportunity to lead Iomega,''said
Mr. Glore.''We have new products, new markets to conquer,
a strong brand and an excellent team. It's going to be fun
and challenging

Doesn't look like a shrinking violet does he. He says that
he's got "new markets to conquer " Looks like we have a
warrior with a bit of attitude. : )

Dunn says " Most importantly, his record of profitably
growing Rockwell Automation from $2.1 billion to $4.5
billion in just four years, makes him an ideal person to
lead Iomega into the next millennium.''

Can't argue with that.

I think the street will respect this move.
