Terry: Re: << ...ideas how shareholders can help? We need to get them more business somehow.>>

It's always the simplest answer which is right before us.

Hire an employee full time whether you need them or not. Then FAMH can book the 30% fee. If shareholders hired one, for every 100,000 shares, it would boost revenues by 5-12 million without significant increases in cost of goods sold, or S,G,&A. It would be a good, clean deal.

A little effort by everyone will turn the tide.

Obviously, this was simply "tongue-in-cheek", but I was reminded of a strange, and short-term employed individual, for a food service supply company. He would make sales calls on restaurants. While having a meal, he would open up all the packets of creamer, butter, sugar, jelly, or whatever, so the restaurant would have to buy more. One day, he did this while making sales calls with his regional manager and then he had to figure out how he was going to get home, 300 miles away. The regional manager took the company car with him.

With FAMH, it's mainly up to Randy and Arif. If it was an internal problem that caused the free-fall in revenues between '96 and '97, then they need to have the cancer cut out. Somebody may have dropped the ball, and reputation, in any industry, is a fragile asset. If tarnished, it sometimes takes a whole lot of "spit & polish" to regain. There is a lot of revelation which must occur, soon, or I fear this one is on a slow bleed path. Open acknowledgement of a problem situation is necessary before it can be fixed. FAMH is taking some steps in this direction, but they really need to bare their souls.

Good luck.
