I did speak to Mr. Whitman again after the close today and he has assured me that everyone's concern about the old 10-k will be reflected in the upcoming news from the company. He is not privy at this time to discuss the details because it has not been made public information, but after the news does hit, he said, "all investors will get a real good grasp of what is and will happen to the company for the remainder of this year and into the future." I asked him if there was anything that he could forward to me that would reflect the current position going into the next couple of weeks. He directed me to the Web Site and the recent PRs. The recent acquisition is a prime example that they have done some kind of restructuring of debt and the additional announcement of acquisition will also put the entire picture in focus. From my conversations with him over the last couple of days; I am quite comfortable with my investment and I am sure whoever else is buying has also called him to confirm my DD. He is open to any and all questions one has to ask of him. He want's the would be investor to give him a ring and tell everyone what we are in store for in the near future. He can explain it to you far better than I can attempting to convey it to you in a message. He is not privy to post the financial information now because it is not completely audited and not available for public veiwing at this time, but will be in the next couple of weeks.
