Thank you for a very helpful post. What is your opinion of the current value of the stock? My belief is that there is only a very slight chance of a 11/24 FCC approval, and a very high probability of Lockheed extension of the date. Since the tender value ,with FCC approval in hand, is probably in the high 30's, the current value with the risk factors mentioned , is probably a tight trading range between 34-36. My opinion only.
