All I know about this company is that it owns( I believe this is correct) about 24% of Kaire INC.

People on this thread have been talking about an IPO on Kaire Inc. at around $6. As far as I know, this is only speculation.

I bought some just as one of those long shots.

Are these guys waiting for the company to go public prior to completing the purchase of Kaire.
Has anyone called this company to figure out what the deal is?

If I don't get any feed back over the weekend, I will call the Florida company(NHTC) and report back on Monday.
