that the company is being investigated by the Securities and Exchange Commission and NASDAQ stock exchange. Sylver denies these charges If AZNT truly is being investigated, Sylver just sealed his fate by having a blatant lie about the SEC quoted in the paper. If AZNT is not currently being investigated, Sylver's strong allegations about Mann will surely invite an SEC inquiry, IMO. Either way, one party or other is now forced to respond. Should make for an interesting week coming up. Note: Sylver also could have said "no comment", but obviously chose not to. - Jeff
