Dave Brown: Your suggestion that we will see a reverse split before we see a withdrawal of shares by Arif is not what I would support at all.

Companies use reverse splits to get them to stock prices where they can apply for listing on the NASDAQ, etc. We are not close to that point plus the net result of all the reverse splits I have seen this year amongst OTC:BB stocks is that the market value of the company goes down. Firamada cannot stand that!!!!

It looks as though Arif awarded himself stock (as many as 30 million shares) so that his position was not diluted (and, he could sell some of it into the buying cycle when we were on our way to 60¢). For no other reason. If this is the case, we should demand and he should destroy those 30 million shares.

We are much better of with 46 million shares outstanding than 76 million.

The primary focus must however be to get the company profitable on a consistent month to month basis. The rest of it is academic until we are making money.

I'll let somebody else answer where did the $55 to 60 million in net sales come from. It's still guessing as best I can see, but the lions share of it is coming from Myriad (where the margins by definition are thin).

LTBFV, Dick

Dave.....If I actually knew the company was going to turn around I'd be lying. We all have the same information at our disposal. The numbers have looked pretty bad under past management. They were grinding the company to a halt. I'll say it again. Randy's the difference. I know, rah, rah. Let's have this discussion a year from now. Mark it down. If you're right, I will bow at the alter of the Brown's. If I'm right...hmmmm, well, none of this will matter.
