Based on what I heard from the conference call today, THQ is still very cheap and Brian Farrell is not happy with the P/E ratio.

I calculate that the stock is presently trading at only 9.5 times projected 1999 earnings of $1.90 (and Brian himself felt that this number would be conservative). Compared to the competition, THQ is still way undervalued.

With a 20% growth rate expected to both the top and bottom lines, I would think that the P/E should be at least 20. That should make the stock worth at least $38.00 - or more than a double from this level.

Anyone else feel the same?
