If there is still quite a number of preferred shares out there waiting to be converted, then it would be likely that we could retrace levels back to 1 (or even lower). Does anyone know where to find the information on how many more convertable preferred shares are outstanding? and what the converted ratio of preferred to common shares is?

Patrick,

Attempting to predict the next direction of ANCR is like trying to predict the next earthquake. Granted the stock price needs to rise and very likely will do so, however, I would not rule out the possibility of a brief retest or two of the $1.25 level with all of the volatility and added tax loss selling pressures in the markets, etc. As we've consistently witnessed in the small caps this year, market conditions can always overshadow good news.
