Ed-

I'm not trying to trash your hot stock unwittingly. I know a bit about the potentials of Tomlinson's prospects and how exciting they are.

With regards to Strain, if you took his advice at $3.50 and purchased Benz shares for capital appreciation, you would have lost more than 2/3 of your value since his first report. Now the stock is less than 1/3 of the price with more than twice the amount of shares out.

As far as insider selling, Tomlinson put a good chunk of change in his pockets over the past few years.

What makes me nervous about Benz is their high level of debt and operating expenses. The awesome crew they have down there in Houston is first rate, and they get paid for their experience. There has to be more than 6 guys making more than US$100K/yr... Plus a staff of over 20... It's expensive to run a shop like that. Couple that in with high risk drilling, frac jobs, lease option payments, and you go through funds faster than you can raise them or produce them out of the ground. Benz has to find A LOT of oil to turn this company into a profitable situation.

Good luck with your investment.

John
