Hello M.R.Davis,

Unlike listed exchanges, Nasdaq actually doesn't have a facility for stop orders. Any stop order that you place with your broker is held "in house" until that price is reached.

If you are trading through a broker that is also a market making firm, there might be some unscrupulous activity going on...but I would have no way of knowing.
