Possible, but I doubt it. IMO, more likely is that several institutional managers got together informally [maybe while playing golf] in regards to some inside information, and decided to make a move based upon either collusion, nonpublic information or both.

I don't want to belabor this thing, but something suddenly happened today. And what ever it was, the public was apparently left in the dark about it until it was too late to act. I don't like it. It simply doesn't pass the smell test.
