I'm not convinced. While I could go on and on providing reasons why this whole thing seems questionable at best, perhaps what appears to be the most strange to me is the reference to "SparQ-DVD."

Although it is certainly possible for SyQuest to get involved with DVD in some way, I can't imagine the EdHeads using a term like "SparQ-DVD." It doesn't make sense to me.

Once again, I repeat:

There's no sign that they'll ever be profitable again, cash is being burned at a very fast rate, dilution has now caught up with them, and Iomega's new products are driving that final nail into SyQuest's coffin.
