too bad you and other guy try to get writer to do hatchet job

To set the record straight, I have never talked, written, or communicated in any way with the LV Sun reporter who wrote today's AZNT piece, or anyone at the LV Sun for that matter. Typical DD on your part to make such allegations without even calling the guy to ask him.

However, I wish I did as I certainly would like to have taken credit for getting Sylver in print talking about his plans for orchestrating a short squeeze when the second paragraph of the two paragraph (complete and unedited) Court Order Mr. B posted specifically forbids AZNT from doing so. Remember, the injunction was granted conditional upon AZNT "not taking any action that results in a short position... being asserted against the defendants J.B. Oxford and Canaccord Capital Corporation." If I were the lawyer for those two companies I might argue that today's article is clear evidence that AZNT is persisting in their plans to orchestrate a short squeeze and thus ask for the injunction to be lifted.

In any event, tomorrow might be an interesting trading day... or not. (g)

much has happened in 24 hrs. as janice and you predicted.

I wouldn't say anything had happened. The reporter failed to do his homework, wrote a biased article. But I'll hand it to you, Spidey, you were right about ONE thing: he's clueless about finance.
