There is an awful lot of daytraders and short-term TA traders these days, and they are muddling the daily, short term picture. But IMO longer term things don't look too good and the fixed paper quality spread is not vanishing, and is even growing, and they're coolheaded people, not a bunch of stocktrading suckers.

IMO next few strong days should be used to accumulate 2nd 3rd of puts on SPX, NDX, highfliers, particularly if VIX drops to mid twenties.
