Not fair to PM you. Suffice it to say we didn't have to sign non disclosures....I would classify it as an open discussion with many answers obtained from the agm. I didn't take copious notes at this meeting, but I do remember communications to the shareholders was a high priority. But remember, "a need to protect", and " a need to know", ie. sometimes its better if you don't know. Sometimes knowing only makes you disappointed when you see the share price dip when the MMs play thier games... :-)
