Who, if I may ask, was it who talked to Jack U

and was told JC made 20 million on this? Did he mean through the sale of stock? Was part of that sale - if that is the case - part of the 19 million that MIGHT actually be 14 million?

What, in fact, have we concluded about the 19 million shares? Do we know the full distribution?
